Help Please

So I’m new to this sort of blog/thread/online talking to people I don’t know but I figured I would give it a try. So what do I do from here? Can I really discuss a medical girl prob I’m having and not gross you out…whoever "you" are? Well hopefully I’ll be posting more threads soon…oh…you what a good idea would have been is if I read some of the other ones first…ps…I’m not the brightest crayon in the box sometimes :p
