Can a yeast infection cause my partner to get bumps on his penis?

I recently had a yeast infection, I treated it with Monist pack, now my boyfriend has little red bumps on his penis. Is this a common result of that I have a yeast infection or Sounds like something else? Moreover, he can be treated so that we can not pass back and forth to each other?

Having just spoken to my mother about my first yeast infection, men can infact take infection back with them if you have sex during an infection. He should go to the doctor to verify what infection it is though.

It’s possible for you to pass it but rare. How long after using the Monistat did you have sex. If it was only a few days then there might still be some of the medicine inside and it may be irritate your boyfriend’s already sensitive skin.

Yeast infections don’t cause little red bumps. That is more likely a rash or herpes. You can definitely pass a yeast infection back and forth and he should see a doctor to be diagnosed.
